I've gotten these exact boxes from other sources before, and this is by far the best deal I've come across. Product arrived exactly as advertised, in brand new unopened condition. The app store selection is decent. Found my go-to apps and a couple of utility tools right away, didn't even need to hassle with sideloading anything extra.
